🔄 Return Eligibility
You may return a product if:
- It was purchased directly from https://www.diagonalbubble.com
- You request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
Important:
Used electric vehicles, installed solar panels, or custom-made systems may not be eligible for return unless defective.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

- Use subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if product is damaged or defective)
You will receive instructions within 2 business days including:
- Return shipping address
- Authorization number (RMA)
- Packing and shipping guidelines
💸 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Confirm receipt via email
- Notify you of approval or rejection within 5 business days
- If approved, process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Diagonal Bubble LDA is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
💥 Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or does not function as expected:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos or videos showing the issue
- We will offer: free replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping)
📌 Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom orders (e.g. configured EVs)
- Used, registered, or modified electric vehicles
- Installed photovoltaic systems
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling
