6. Installation Services

7. Returns, Refunds & Warranties
7.1 Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As per EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. The product must be returned unused and in original condition.

Exceptions: This right may not apply to custom installations or used EVs if registration has occurred.
7.2 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receiving the returned product. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective.

All products are covered by a minimum 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU regulations. Additional manufacturer warranties may apply. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
